The Unknown

Often times I wonder where exactly does this journey lead me and it frightens me that I don’t have an answer. I greatly fear the unknown.

Yes. I’ve discovered my purpose, but how do I get there? What does it look like once I’ve reached my destination?

Who will I be when I’ve reached the other side of this ? Who will stand beside me?

2 Timothy 1:7 reminded me that God had not given me the spirit of timidity , cowardice , or fear. Instead, he has granted me power, love , sound judgment, personal discipline, a well balanced mind , and self control.

The creator put all the tools necessary to conquer the unknown directly in my hands! My job is to walk in it, to fear not, to stand in God’s word and know that he cannot fail.

I don’t have to worry about how my destination will be reached because he will be my guide. I don’t have to worry about who will be there because if I have no one else, he’ll be by my side.

I have no reason to fear the unknown because I trust and believe in the one that knows it all.
