In the last month I have noticed a serious improvement in the state of my skin. This can be attributed to a couple of things the first being eating home cooked meals rather than fast food since I am home everyday. The other reason being devoting more time to  my skin  care regiment. Truthfully I have had the same routine and used the same product for years, I know exactly what works for me. A lot of times between working and being on the go I lack consistency and do not always treat my skin as I should. I am back on track and using Clear Proof cleansing system on a daily basis.

Introduced to this set by mother , Jeanetta Hampton, who is my Mary Kay consultant a few years ago; I instantly saw results. The system includes four simple steps:

  1. Use the Clarifying Cleansing Gel to clean to wash your face.
  2. Apply the Blemish Control Toner  with a cotton ball to tone your skin.
  3. Apply Acne Treatment Gel to all areas with a break out or blemish and rub it in.
  4. Last but not least, apply your Oil Free Moisturizer for Acne-Prone Skin

This should be done on a daily basis. Twice a week I use the Clear Proof Deep Cleansing Charcoal Mask.
